Plano hail damage repaired without a single trip to a shop.

You get a free estimate, say yes, and hand over the keys. The inspection comes to your house off Parker or to your parking garage at Legacy West, and everything between that and the car coming back is ours to carry.

Why Plano cars take it badly

Plano is wide, flat and full of open parking, which is the worst combination there is for hail.

The city runs along the US 75 and Dallas North Tollway corridors, and the storms that matter here usually track in from the west across Denton County before crossing the tollway near Legacy. There is very little tree cover in the newer western half of the city, and the older neighbourhoods east of Central, around Los Rios and Rowlett Creek, have mature canopy that helps until a branch comes down on the roof instead.

The other Plano-specific problem is daytime exposure. Legacy West, the Shops at Legacy and the corporate campuses along Legacy Drive and Headquarters Drive hold thousands of cars through the working day, much of it in open surface lots. A storm that arrives at two in the afternoon catches a large number of vehicles that would have been in a garage at home.

How we work around a Plano workday

Most Plano inspections happen at an office rather than a house, because that is where the car is when it is convenient to look at it.

We will meet you in a garage at Legacy West, in the surface lots off Communications Parkway, or at the curb outside your building on Preston Road. The inspection takes twenty to thirty minutes and you do not need to stand with us for it; leave the keys or leave the car unlocked and go back to your desk.

For home inspections, the older Plano streets around Willow Bend and Deerfield are easy to work in, and so are the tighter alley-load driveways in Downtown Plano near 15th Street, where we work from the alley rather than blocking the street.

Collection follows the same pattern. If the car lives at the office five days a week, we take it from the office and put the rental in the same space, which means nobody has to make an evening trip. If it lives at home, we come to the house.

We take the Plano claim off your desk

Plano files a lot of hail claims, and after a large cell the whole 75 corridor goes in at once.

That matters for timing more than for outcome: adjuster availability stretches, and drivers who documented the damage properly in the first few days generally move sooner. We photograph in flat morning light, cover the roof, hood, trunk and quarter panel tops, and get the file to your carrier with a storm date attached.

Everything about your coverage is between you and your insurer. Hail is normally a comprehensive matter, and we work directly with your carrier on the claim and the paperwork. We do not promise coverage, approval or a figure. Our service does not add anything to your cost: the coordination is part of the repair service, not an extra fee.

Repairs are performed by our vetted Dallas–Fort Worth repair partner, mostly with paintless dent repair, which keeps the factory paint on the car. You get clear updates while it is in, and the repair partner returns it detailed inside and out, with a full tank and their lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.

If your car doesn't qualify, we'll tell you first.

Not every vehicle is a fit. Coverage, model year and the extent of the damage all matter, and we would rather tell you that on the first call than after you have spent time on it. The inspection is free and there is no obligation either way.

Hail is usually covered under comprehensive. If you only carry liability, a claim generally won't apply.
