What information do we collect?

We collect only what is needed to look at your vehicle and coordinate a repair:

• Your name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your city and ZIP code
• Vehicle details such as year, make, model and condition
• Insurance claim status, if you choose to share it
• Photos of your vehicle that you upload or text to us

We do not ask for your policy login, your driver’s license number, or your payment card details.

How is your information used?

We use it to respond to your inquiry, assess hail damage, communicate with you about your vehicle, coordinate transport and repair, and follow up after delivery. If you opted in to storm alerts, we may also send occasional updates about hail activity in your area.

Who else sees your information?

Your inquiry may be referred to our vetted DFW repair partner so the repair can actually be performed. Where you authorize it, information may also be shared with your insurance carrier in connection with your claim. We use ordinary service providers such as phone, messaging and hosting vendors to operate the business.

We do not sell your personal information. Consent to receive text messages is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

How long is information kept?

We keep inquiry records and vehicle photos for as long as needed to complete the work and to meet ordinary recordkeeping and legal obligations, then delete them.

How do you request deletion?

Call or text (469) 552-7362, or email help@dfwhailhelp.com, and ask us to delete your information. We will confirm once it is done. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP; see our messaging terms.

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
