You never leave your driveway.
Here is the whole thing, in order: what happens at each stage, roughly how long it takes, and the one or two things we need from you before it can move.
The short version
What you actually do
Send a photo. Say yes. Hand over the keys.
Everything between those three things and the day the car comes back is coordination, and coordination is the job. Our service does not add anything to your cost. The coordination is part of the repair service, not an extra fee. The repair itself, the rental and the detailing are arranged through our vetted Dallas–Fort Worth repair partner.
The three stages
First photo to final handover. Timings are typical, not promises, because your carrier controls a good part of the calendar.
Estimate
Start with a free online photo estimate: two or three daylight photos of the roof, hood and trunk are enough for a first read. Then a free in-person inspection, where a technician examines the vehicle properly with a light board and plans the repair. Nothing about this stage commits you to anything.
How long About four minutes to send photos, and a short visit for the inspection.
From you Photos or a text, your city, the year, make and model, and keys accessible for the inspection.
Repair and insurance
We work directly with your carrier on the claim and the paperwork, meet the adjuster if one is assigned, and follow the estimate through to approval. Once it is approved we collect the vehicle door to door and our repair partner begins the work, with a rental vehicle coordinated so you stay mobile. Updates come to you as the repair moves along, and if hidden damage turns up once trim is off we file the supplement and explain what changed.
How long Your carrier sets much of the calendar, and the repair partner gives you a timeline once the vehicle has been inspected.
From you Your policy number and a short authorisation so we can speak to your insurer.
Return
The repair partner returns the vehicle fully restored, detailed inside and out, with a full tank of gas, backed by their lifetime warranty on the repair for as long as you own it. We walk the panels with you in daylight, collect the rental at the same time, and check in a few days later.
How long Fifteen minutes at handover.
From you Somewhere to leave it, and five minutes to look it over with us.
What qualifies a vehicle
Three things decide whether we can take the work on.
- The vehicle carries full coverage insurance
- The vehicle is typically model year 2015 or newer
- The vehicle passes an initial inspection confirming the damage and that repair makes sense
The repair partner
We don't hand your car to whoever has capacity.
Before we send you anywhere, the shop has to meet a standard. Our repair partner is 4.6-star rated on Google, listed with the Better Business Bureau, fully insured and bonded, works directly with every major carrier, and backs every repair with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. After a big storm, DFW fills up with crews from out of state who set up in a parking lot and are gone by August. Vetting them is our job, not yours.
If your car doesn't qualify, we'll tell you first.
Not every vehicle is a fit. Coverage, model year and the extent of the damage all matter, and we would rather tell you that on the first call than after you have spent time on it. The inspection is free and there is no obligation either way.
