Terms of service
Last updated September 6, 2026
By contacting DFW Hail Help or using this website, you agree to these terms.
What service is being provided?
DFW Hail Help provides coordination services only. That means inspection, communication with your insurance carrier at your direction, transport arrangement, repair scheduling, progress updates and delivery follow-up. DFW Hail Help does not perform repairs. Repairs are performed by an independent, vetted DFW repair partner who is solely responsible for the workmanship and any warranty on that work.
Is this insurance advice?
No. DFW Hail Help is not an insurance agent, adjuster, broker or public adjuster, and does not provide insurance, legal or tax advice. We can explain how the process generally works, but decisions about your policy and your claim are yours and your carrier’s.
Are outcomes guaranteed?
No. We make no guarantee of insurance coverage, claim approval, claim amount, repair timeline or vehicle value. Any timing or cost we describe is an estimate based on experience, not a promise.
What are your responsibilities?
You agree to give accurate information about yourself, your vehicle and your insurance, to be the owner of the vehicle or authorized to act for the owner, and to remove personal belongings before transport.
Calls and text messages
When you contact us or submit a form, you consent to be contacted about your inquiry by phone and text. Details are in our messaging terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DFW Hail Help is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the coordination service or from work performed by the repair partner. Website content is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
