One person, from the first look to the day it comes back.

DFW Hail Help is an independent hail damage concierge. Not a repair shop, and we say that up front.

About

Who you'll be dealing with

I'm Aaron, and I handle hail damage across Dallas and Fort Worth.

Texas born. I spent my college years in San Diego and came home after, and I still miss the surfing more than I probably should. What I do now is straightforward: I'm the one person you deal with from the first look at your car through the day you get it back. The repair itself is done by our repair partner, who is good at it. Everything around the repair — the inspection, the documentation, the insurer, the estimate, the rental, the pickup, the updates and the delivery — is mine.

The online photo estimate and the in-person inspection are both free. Our service does not add anything to your cost either: the coordination is part of the repair service, not an extra fee.

We don't hand your car to whoever has capacity. Before we send you anywhere, the shop has to meet a standard: our repair partner is 4.6-star rated on Google, listed with the Better Business Bureau, fully insured and bonded, works directly with every major carrier, and backs every repair with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. After a big storm, DFW fills up with crews from out of state who set up in a parking lot and are gone by August. Vetting them is our job, not yours.

Not every vehicle is a fit. The car needs full coverage, it is typically 2015 or newer, and it has to pass an inspection confirming the damage and that repair makes sense. If yours doesn't qualify, I'll tell you on the first call rather than after you've spent time on it.

I drive a BMW, so I understand caring about a car more than is strictly reasonable. And yes, MythBusters actually proved golf ball dimples make a car more aerodynamic, but your insurance adjuster is not impressed and neither is your trade-in value.

Hablo español.

If your car doesn't qualify, we'll tell you first.

Not every vehicle is a fit. Coverage, model year and the extent of the damage all matter, and we would rather tell you that on the first call than after you have spent time on it. The inspection is free and there is no obligation either way.

Get in touch

Send a photo of the car, or call and describe it. Either way you'll know where you stand quickly, and the inspection carries no obligation.
