Frisco hail damage handled while your car sits in the driveway.

Get a free estimate, say yes, hand over the keys. We come to the house in Phillips Creek Ranch or the lot at The Star, deal with your insurer, and bring the car back to you.

Frisco's problem is driveways

Frisco has more new-build housing than almost anywhere in North Texas, and new-build housing means small garages and full driveways.

Two-car garages in the developments north of Eldorado Parkway routinely hold one car and a great deal of everything else, so the second and third vehicles sit outside. Add the very young tree canopy in neighbourhoods built in the last fifteen years — Phillips Creek Ranch, Newman Village, Richwoods — and there is nothing at all between the sky and the paint.

Storms here tend to arrive from the northwest, crossing the Preston Road and Dallas North Tollway corridors, and the western half of the city along FM 423 and Legacy Drive takes it hardest because it is the newest and the most open.

The city's event traffic adds its own exposure. Match days at Toyota Stadium, tournaments at the Ford Center and event parking around The Star put large numbers of cars into open lots for hours at a stretch, and a spring cell in the middle of that is a bad afternoon for a lot of people at once.

We collect and return the car in Frisco

Frisco is straightforward for us because almost everything is a driveway inspection.

We come to the house, work the panels with a light board, and you carry on with your day. The wide streets and generous driveways in the newer neighbourhoods mean we can walk the car properly, which is not true everywhere in the Metroplex.

If you work at Frisco Station, at Hall Park or along the tollway, we will do it at the office instead. For families with two or three cars caught by the same storm — extremely common in Frisco — we inspect all of them on one visit and file them together rather than dragging you through it three times.

When approval comes through, we collect from the driveway and leave a rental in its place. You do not drive to Plano or Carrollton to drop anything off.

We handle your carrier from start to payout

After a Frisco storm, several thousand cars go into the claims system in the same week, so the calendar belongs to your carrier more than to anyone else.

We document early and thoroughly — roof, hood, trunk, quarter panel tops, glass and lamps, in flat morning light, with the storm date attached — because a well-documented file is easier for everyone to work with.

Hail is normally handled under comprehensive coverage, and we work directly with your carrier on the claim and the paperwork. Your carrier decides what it approves, and we do not promise coverage, approval or any settlement figure. Our service does not add anything to your cost: the coordination is part of the repair service, not an extra fee.

The repair itself is done by our vetted Dallas–Fort Worth repair partner, usually with paintless dent repair so the factory finish stays on the car. You get clear updates while it is in, and the repair partner returns it detailed inside and out, with a full tank and their lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.

If your car doesn't qualify, we'll tell you first.

Not every vehicle is a fit. Coverage, model year and the extent of the damage all matter, and we would rather tell you that on the first call than after you have spent time on it. The inspection is free and there is no obligation either way.
